Refund Policy

At Maison Duvet, your satisfaction is our priority. You have the right to return your products and claim a refund if you are not completely satisfied, receive a faulty item, or simply change your mind. We offer refunds provided you inform us of the issue and submit your claim within 14 days of receiving your product.

Refund Rules

  • Condition: Only unwashed, unused products in their original packaging can be refunded. Items must be in "As New As Purchased" condition to qualify for a refund claim.

  • Exclusions: Refunds apply only to full-price purchases. Clearance goods and "Final Sale" items are not eligible for returns.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Misdescribed Items: If a product is defective, incorrectly described, differs significantly from the displayed sample, or does not perform as promised, we will refund the full purchase price and cover the return shipping costs.

  • Documentation: When returning an item, please ensure it is in its original packaging and include your original purchase order/receipt.

Refund Process

  1. Notification: You must contact our customer service team to initiate a claim. Please notify us via email at contact@maisonduvet.us before returning any items so we can authorize your return.

  2. Shipping the Return: Send the claimed products back to us within the first 14 days of receipt. We strongly suggest using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. Maison Duvet cannot be held liable for products lost in transit without proof of shipping.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive the products, they will undergo a quality inspection. Only products that pass the inspection phase (unused and original condition) will be approved for a refund.

  4. Completion: Once the return is approved, we will issue an invoice as confirmation of the refund.

Receiving Your Refund

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. After your return is received at our facility, please allow up to three business days for the items to be cleared through inspection.

Note: Our team will send you a confirmation email once your products have passed inspection. Please note that the entire process—from the moment you ship the item to receiving your funds—may take up to two weeks. We appreciate your patience and cooperation!
