At Maison Duvet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your products, you may return them to us in their original condition and packaging within the first 14 days of receiving them.

Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: In the case of faulty or incorrect goods, Maison Duvet will provide a pre-paid returns tag.

Initial Shipping Refund: We will refund the original shipping costs charged to you when the order was initially placed once the return process for the goods has been successfully completed.
Timeline and Requirements
It is essential to initiate your return claim within the first 14 days after receiving your items. Claims made after this period will be rejected, and the buyer will be responsible for all associated risks.
Note on Promotional Gifts: If your purchase included a free gift, you are required to return the gift along with the returned products. You may not retain the gift if the primary product is being returned for a refund.
Which products cannot be returned?
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items are not eligible for return:
